All of the Ice Cream at Mill Valley Swirl is handmade in small batches by our owner, Scott Dammann. We are locally owned in Mill Valley, Marin County and use only local Organ Straus Family Dairy products, limiting our production to give us the time to personally create the most unique ice cream collection designed around each season.
